Before the Weekend

When does registration open and close?

Registration will open on Wednesday, January 22 and will remain open throughout the weekend.

Registration for the Order of the Fox dinner closes on Friday, March 21.

What are the event costs?

Alumni Weekend contains both free and paid events. The schedule is now available and can be found here.

Children 10 & under are complimentary.

Are events refundable?

Refunds are available up until the event's start time. After the event begins, refunds will no longer be offered. Please note that refunds are not provided for past events.

What are the available accommodations for the weekend?

Complimentary shuttle service to and from campus will be offered from The Alfond Inn, SpringHill Suites - Winter Park, and Hilton Garden Inn - Winter Park during Alumni Weekend on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.


During the Weekend

What is the attire?

Dress is comfortable and casual during the day.

While not required, it is not uncommon for attendees to dress more festively in the evening. Break out the blue and gold!

Where is Alumni Weekend Check In?

Check in at the Faculty Club to pick up your name tag and other Alumni Weekend materials like your wrist bands, schedule of events, and other important information. Name tags will be required at Alumni Weekend events.

You may also add paid events to your registration at check in. Please note, credit cards are the only accepted form of payment onsite.

What are the parking options?

Complimentary parking is available in the Rollins Parking Garage, located on the corner of Fairbanks and Ollie Ave by Sutton Hall and the Truist (formerly SunTrust) Parking Garage on Lyman Avenue. Parking on campus is discouraged due to limited availability.

During Registration Hours:
10-minute parking will be available along Holt Avenue by the Faculty Club for check in and name tag pick up.

Accessible Parking:
- If you have a need for accessible parking on campus, the parking lot adjacent to the Alfond Sports Center and the new Tiedtke Theatre and Dance Centre contains accessible parking spaces.

Parking Garage Locations:
- Rollins Parking Garage is located on the corner of Fairbanks and Ollie Ave by Sutton Hall.
- Truist Plaza Parking Garage (formerly the SunTrust Garage) is on Lyman Avenue.

Will there be additional transportation options?

Shuttle service to and from campus will be provided for alumni staying at The Alfond Inn, SpringHill Suites - Winter Park, and Hilton Garden Inn - Winter Park during Alumni Weekend on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The shuttle schedule will be available closer to the weekend.

Golf cart taxis will be available throughout the weekend for those in need of assistance to and from on-campus events.

Alumni are responsible for any other transportation needs such as taxis to/from the airport and rental cars.

What are the rain locations?

If inclement weather occurs during Alumni Weekend, we will notify you of alternative locations.
