OCPS and Rollins College Address Teacher Shortage

Through the jointly formed Pathways to Teaching program, Rollins and OCPS are helping paraprofessionals like Marybelle Doe ’21 become classroom teachers.

Doe now has her own classroom and is a certified teacher at Cypress Creek High School.
